Stats: 52100 carbon steel, Black Walnut handle, steel pins, 7.75” overall length, 3” blade.
Details: This paring knife is made from carbon steel with raw wood scales. It will require some TLC. Keep it dry, and oil both the metal and the wood. The black walnut used for the handle is from Pendleton County, WV. I'm calling these The Conservationist because they are made from cut off steel that was too small for my other designs. So …Reduce Reuse, Recycle…the conservationist.
